Widgets in 2010 Not showing In 2nd Widget Area

    I have all the widgets in Widget area 1 working fine. The Widget area 2, which is supposed to be just below area 1 are not at the bottom of my page. That is not where it is supposed to be. https://www.hermitofbardstown.com

    I am very frustrated and need help. I am not a code person so giving me a snippet of code would require telling me where to find it and put it.
