Widgets function not working

    I have searched here yet cannot get a resolvement as to why the widgets function is just not there??
    Using 2014 – Version 4.7.2

    When ever i go to the “Widgets” menu I am greeted with a page of buttons – yet nothing happens?

    Can anyone shed some light?
