When I first viewed your site, the spinner ran indefinitely, I could see the mixed content issues in the console. Those errors are almost always resolved quickly using Really Simple SSL or a similar plugin. Alternatively here is a similar guide from WPBegginer.
Have you really worked through every step in the suggested tutorial? Have you manually set your WP and Site URL’s in your wp-config.php folder? Have you deactivated all plugins by following the steps in the linked tutorial? If you have, then view this alternative tutorial and skip to the htaccess step, that’s most likely where the issue lies if the above two steps in both tutorials didn’t help.
