Widgets Don't Drag and Drop 3.8.1

I upgraded to WP 3.8.1 on several sites and the widgets on the right will not allow to be dragged over to inactive. I tried disabling all plugins one at a time, then changed themes to WP 2014 and still same problem. I also added the plugin WP Landing Pages and when I added it to the Landing Pages sidebar and set the parameters and chose all available templates and it does not display. Installed it again into the top right sidebar, still same problem using current theme or 2014. The form is already created and in there so it should be displaying. Any idea why I can’t drag all the default sidebars to inactive or why Landing page form won’t work in the sidebar?
