• I cannot solve this issue how to add the widgets as shortcodes. What are the steps after installing the wordpress plugin? Where do I do and Do i have to paste any code on my theme editor. Is there any kind of video showing what to do. I would like to add one of my widgets to the page/post content.

  • This plugin is perfect for you then. Place the cursor in the editor where you want the shortcode. Click on the plugins own button on the editor toolbar. If you cant see this, your Theme or plugins are changing the default toolbars for you and hiding this button.

If not, a popup appears, click on the select and wait a few seconds while the ajax requests are made.

Choose widget and your shortcode appears in the editor content.

If no widgets appears in the selector, make shure you Have widgets in the sidebars or inacitive widgets. Otherwise there will be nothing to choose from.

Some widgets does not handle empty fields like leaving titles blank, and those stuff can break this plugins selector. Try empty the sidebars and re-fill one by one to find out where the problem occurs.

I tested this on a complex install with woocommerce and much more stuff, using twentysixteen.
