Widgets dissapear from the sidebar.

  • I use a theme which has widget ready sidebar.
    So when I try to add a widget to a sidebar all the current widgets dissapear.It would be okay if they would appear in “Available widgets” but they dont. Now when I added widget to a sidebar and then go to check sidebar.php nothing has changed, there shows still the default widgets. I dont know where does the widget that I add to sidebar (the code) where does it go? So I could copy the default widgets to the location where the widget that I add goes.
    Default sidebar has: AD space, popular posts, featured video.- And I dont want to lose them, because they dont appear in “Available Widgets”
    What I want to to is keep the current widgets and add new ones.
