I’ve been having problems with the filtering function of the widget.

Whenever you filter the products using any Ajax filter, all the filter widgets disappear from the sidebar.
I’m using the WooSidebars plugin and this seems to be the breaking the functionality of your plugin.

This issue only appeared a while ago, probably after an update of your plugin.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Hi there,

normally, this issue are related to a wrong plugin configuration.
The plugin in order to works need that you use the same sidebar for shop page and for product taxonomies page.

Please note: you must use the same sidebar and not a different one with the same widget, because in this case change the widget id.

another things that you can check is if your theme use the ID in widget, for this please read this posts in our help center: https://bit.ly/2DVRaQM

I hope this can help you.

About the webiste https://www.cavallo-floors.nl I think that the issue are related to the sidebar, you are using different sidebar and not the same one. Please check it.

Please remember to check the plugin configuration, you find a little how to here: https://bit.ly/2DTpFDv

    Hi!

Is it correct that a few versions back, it wasn’t necessary to have the same sidebar in both the shop and product taxonomy pages?
It used to work until a while back…

Well this would be the reason to stop using your plugin I’m afraid since this website is dependent on different sidebars for different product archives.
