Widgets disappeared both from admin area and website

    Hello! At first i want to thank you for reading this,and at second i have got a problem with widgets since i am a newbie, i need some help here. Last night when i was doing some modifications on my website https://www.gamexter.com/ suddenly my widgets disappeared from my website,went to admin panel to see what is going on,and there was no widgets section under appearance. Checked for few solutions on web,they all made me to modify functions.php,and none of them worked,even had to restore my site from php program.
    Any suggestions,please can anyone help me?

    Last night when i was doing some modifications on my website

    Modifications in:
    – theme files?
    – plugin files?
    – WP core files?
    – have you recently checked your error logs?

    Where i can find the error logs?
    Modifications at all, but wasn’t in the WP core files and Theme files.
    As it for plugins i have added several plugins,but i have already deactivated and reactivated them to see if they are the problem but didn’t help. Thank you for your reply Tara.

    Where i can find the error logs?

    – Check the error logs on your server for a more specific error message. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    Seems like there is no error about widgets,i dont know what caused this,im using Minamaze theme,is there any way to get another functions.php or i must edit codes,i don’t know im desperate.
