widgets canno't be moved

  • Hi,
    Clicked on the widget I wished to use but the widgets will not move IE: when I click and hold left mouse to slide widget to the right it does not lock on, the curser slides through chosen widget, this applies to all widgets.
    Can anyone advise what the problem is and how to fix it? Thanks.
