When a page is cached, it is saved as a static HTML file, and PHP and MySQL do not function. Therefore, you cannot exclude a part of the page. You should load the data via Ajax instead of via PHP.

I just want to empty all cache automatically after a widget has been changed, like posts and pages. This isn’t possible yet by a setting.

How do I proceed in accomplishing that? I don’t know about ajax.

If you are not familiar with Ajax, you will be unable to implement Ajax. However, You can ensure that updated information is loaded by adding a cache timeout.
