widgets and home page not displaying

  • Hello,
    I am new to the forum. This will probably be a very beginner question, as I am a first time user, but I hope you’ll help me.

    I am trying to put up an e-commerce shop. I installed wp, a theme (POLO) and WooCommerce.
    When I go to create a home page and add some widgets- they do not display in the preview page. What I am doing wrong?
    I also installed Elementor page builder and I have the same problem. Wrote the text and put up a picture, but it is not displayed in the preview.
    Hope you can help me.

  • Without being able to see what you see, it is relatively hard to diagnose what’s happening. When you publish the page (not just preview) does it work correctly there?

    I do publish and then preview and I do not see anything happening.
    Should I do a screen or something to show you?
