• When adding widgets via the site origin editor and updating it causes an internal server error!!
Adding the shortcodes in normal mode without page builder works fine works fine?
Please could you look at this all plugins except site origin and codelights were disabled and fault still exists?
    Thanks

    Hello wwssupport,

    What’s the error.log’s relevant error?

Thank you for getting back to us.
    The error log is:

[Mon Oct 24 12:07:26 2016] [error] [client 90.202.132.50:49435] End of script output before headers: post.php

This only occurs if you attempt for example to add the “flipBox widget” direct into a row using site origin pagebuilder. If you add the widget after adding the site origin editor all works fine without any problem and also works ok if you using shortcode addition.

I think a few of the codelights widgets work ok but not all

If I can assist further please let me know.

    Regards

    Exactly the same problem here.
If I add a CodeLights widget through PageBuilder and want to update the page it just takes me to /wp-admin/posts.php URL and “Oop, there is nothing here” message.
Works fine if I’m not using PageBuilder.
I have a multisite install, and WordPress is installed in a subfolder.

    Hey guys,

Unfortunately, I still cannot replicate the issue. It can be really useful for me to know the exact sequence of actions that leads to an issue. Can you create a small screencast (for example using https://screencast-o-matic.com/)?

Will be waiting for your reply!

It was some time ago when I originally posted this issue and there have been several updates of wordpress and site origin since then and I have run through the steps I used previously and I too cannot replicate the error now so I think the problem has been resolved by the updates implemented and compatibility.
If the issue arises again I will be in touch.
    Thank you
    Best regards

I encounter the same problem editing or adding Codelights widgets via SiteOrigin Page Builder. I have tested this with the Interactive Text and Interactive Banner widgets. The error log is ‘End of script output before headers: post.php’

The error only occurs on the live install, not on a Duplicator backup restored to localhost under XAMPP.

The site is running the latest version of WordPress and all plugins are up to date.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Codelights plugin.

As a workaround I can install widgets via shortcode through the Text widget.

I have created a screencast of the error which can be viewed at https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbeoQP6AdZ

    Thank you,

    Simon

Good luck hope you get some response I reported this months ago I dont think this issue is a codelights issue it is siteorigin talk about no support!!!! Its not just codelights it happens with foogallery too and some other basic wordpress plugins do not work either if you want an answer you will obviously need to pay for support with siteorigin apparently its the only way so dont hold your breath.

Apparently they dont monitor this support forum they have their own!!!

    Thanks
