    WordPress requires the edit_theme_options capability to edit widgets.

    I wanna show Widgets but no more. Is there any way to hide the other links?

    No, CME only edits the array of capability names stored to a role. Since WP does not regulate those other links with a specific capability, there is no switch for this plugin to set.
