Widgets

  • Hi,
    I really like the Zerif Lite Theme, but it doesn’t seem to work at all.
    None of the widgets (Our focus section, Testimonials section, About us section, Our team section) showing up on my main page, only in the sidebar.

    If I go to Appearance > Widgets
    I have on the right side
    Sidebar
    Our focus section
    Testimonials section
    About us section
    Our team section

    I can edit them, that’s all good.

    If I go the Appearance > Customize > Widgets
    I only can see Sidebar.
    Should I not be able to see also Our focus section, …..?
    To the Sidebar I can add Our Focus section, … but this is not where I want those to appear.

    As well, I uploaded a Background picture though the Customize section, but my background is still white.

    Please help!

  • Hi,

    Please make sure that you’re not using a static page as your homepage as your theme requires you to use “Your front page” as the homepage option. You can check it at Settings > Reading settings. ??

    Hi Hardeep,

    I almost have the same issue. I’m trying to put new widgets in the Sidebar but as soon as I click on the blog article itself there are the same old widgets.

    Looking forward to your advise. Thanks a lot.

    my issue is still open :/ and I did try the homepage thing as proposed.

    Every time I open the backend all widgets are gone.
