    I have been having problems for weeks trying to upload media in a widget. Running latest version of word-press, using small business theme, widgitized option. Dropzone 4 column, allows me to upload media, shows it in screen but when I click insert picture it goes to a blank white screen and nothing happens. Very frustrated by this, have used both IE and Chrome, no plugins running. Please please help. Link to my site

    I am just trying to use the dropzone 4 column on the widgitized versuion of the small business theme, it is the visual editor text widget can you help?

    Ok, that widget appears to be part of the theme you’re using.

    As it is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
