widgets

  • I have installed your 01 theme – was using the CSS version for a year – and want to move to wordpress. I have installed a widget to appear in the right side but it appears in the mainside.

    is this a glitch in the template?

  • It shouldn’t be, I have never heard of any such error before and I can’t see any error when I look at the template files. Did you select the right sidebar before you started adding widgets? I think that the main sidebar is what appears first, but the right side should still be available through the drop menu where you select which widget area you want to edit (provided you run an up-to-date version of WordPress).

    I am experiencing the same thing. Look at https://blog.chambermusicsedona.org.

    Initially the categories did not show up on the home page so you could not get to the posts. I added the Categories widget to the Main Sidebar. Now when you click a category the category listing shows up also on the Right Sidebar with RSS links. It does not show up when you ask to “Show” the Right Sidebar in the widgets.
