Widgetized theme not showing widgets

  • I bought a theme that is already widgetized. For whatever reason, the widgets link/area is not showing up in the back end at all. The creator of the theme has basically told me it works fine on his end, so it’s my problem.

    I am running the most recent version of WP. I have activated other themes and widgets are there.

    Any thoughts? Frustrated. ??

    Raluk Responsive Business Theme

    I did try to deactivate all plugins to see if that made a difference and it did not. I currently have the following active:

    Three that came with the theme: Raluk Portfolio, Raluk Shortcodes and Simple Basic Contact Form. I also have Latest Tweets active.

    But again, I deactivated them all and it didn’t make a difference.
