    Hello guys,

so this is my first post. Hope that’s no problem!

I’m having a small issue with MH Magazine LITE. I’ve seen someone else posted a similar question before but now I can’t seem to find it back.

The problem I have is with the widget area’s 1-6. I saw a picture somewhere (I believe the MH Themes website itself) that clearly showed where all the areas should be. If everything is in place, one of the widget areas should replace the sidebar in the homepage.

The problem is that that the top widget in the ‘sidebar’ (Home 6 for me) aligns with the top of the first post. So not with the slider. This results in the slider having a big blank space next to it (on the right).

I hope this makes sense. If not, I can PM an admin a link to my website.

    Thanks in advance!!

  • Hi hatseflats,

thanks for using MH Magazine lite.

The widget areas are displaying correctly. Please keep in mind that “Home 1” is a full-width widget area in order to display a full-width slider, as shown for example in this demo.

If you want to display a widget next to the slider, you’ll need to place the “MH Slider” widget into the “Home 2” widget area and the other widget in “Home 6”.

You can learn more about the positions of the widget locations in the theme documentation.

Haha wow, that easy ?? thank you so much for the quick reply and ofcourse for the amazing theme! I will purchase the Pro version as soon as I can!

Conversion from the lite to pro is really easy I assume. Correct?

You’re very welcome and we’re really happy that you like the theme. The premium theme is a stand-alone theme by itself with its own settings, options, features and several additional custom widgets. That means you can simply install the premium theme and then configure it as you like by following the instructions in the theme documentation.
