widget works on iPad, not Windows 10

PayPal button generator uses input type="image".

It seems input type="image" isn’t supported on all browsers/platforms.

As a quick test, I was able to reproduce your issue on my Surface pad using Firefox (Chrome on Surface worked fine). So, I changed input type="image" to input type="submit" and that fixed the issue. But, you probably want to style your button instead of using the bland default.

There are many ways to style buttons (too many).
