Widget won't add, database entry stalls

    I have had this widget installed and working fine for sometime. But I recently had to disable and then re-activate the widget.
    When I try to add the widget to a panel, I receive a message: “Please wait while we create a database entry for this widget, your page may refresh during this process.”
    The widget page then refreshes, but the widget has not been added.
    Please advise how to activate this widget?
    I have installed the latest WP

    Hello oliviar,

    Thank you for making us aware of this issue.

    Without any further information it is difficult for us to troubleshoot the issue.

    Could you check the developer console for any javascript errors that might occur? Could you check your server’s log files normally in /var/log /var/log/httpd for errors?

    I was still having this issue on Mac/Chrome browsers; however I have just tried on an Internet Explorer browser and I can finally get the widget to add to the sidebar.
