Widget within iFrame to prevent crawling by Googlebot

This plugin renders an iframe at the end.
So the answer is – no one knows how much google does treat this content now (maybe now) – but for sure not how next month or next year.

So would it be possible to set a “noindex” on the frame contents (the widget for example)? My guess is this would be a ‘future proof’ method to let Google know it’s a repetitive/duplicate part/iFrame of the page contents.

I think you can do this. Are you able to set a noindex to this pages?

It’s actually a menu widget, does your plugin provide support to add an noindex to a widget?

an iframe cannot add a noindex to the page included into iframe.
You need to add this to the page in the iframe.
