Widget with links from excluded category

    Hi,
    I use my wordpress blog as a portfolio for my photography in a portfolio theme. But I do want a normal blog as well that I dont want to show up in between my portfolio posts. So I was quite happy finding this plugin.

    Question though: would you know of a way to get a widget show the last blog posts from the excluded category on the sidebar of my post page? (would be ok to have that widget on all pages, no matter the category).

    Would love to hear any possibilities!

    At the moment the plugin doesn’t distinguish between the main content and widgets. It’s a feature I’d like to add when time permits and if I can figure out how to do it.
