Widget with likes of users post

I am using your plugin and it works great with bbpress. Now I would like to know if the following is possible:
On the users profile page I can display posts he recently liked with your widget.
But….. I wonder if it is possible to show the post he created
with the number of likes that post got (If no one voted, it will display someting like “currently no likes”) Right now the users has to go to his topic to view the number of likes, and it would be nice if he could see it on their profiles page
