Widget Visibility Time Scheduler sidebar missing

    Hi,

    i am using Widget Visibility Time Scheduler and it works fine!
    Now im creating a new project and wanted to use the plugin again.
    But in the Design the Sidebar of WVTS is missing?
    What have i to do to get it into it?
