widget unable to find my restaurant – even with RID

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to add your widget to my website but it’s struggling to find my restaurant.

    If I simply add a link to my booking page on opentable.co.uk then that works no problem. But if I put either my restaurant name or RID into the widget and try to book a table, the widget says ‘unable to find this restaurant’.

    Please help!

    HI there,

    Our free plugin doesn’t support Open Table outside of the U.S. But our Pro version does.

    We try to make that clear in the description, sorry if that wasn’t perfectly clear to you.
