Widget too large for mobile?

I should have included a link to the particular page: I believe this button is 750×250 and seems to be too large on mobile – correct me if otherwise on your end? I consulted my theme support and they suggested that the widget has a fixed static width, making it unresponsive to the site.

simple, Make frame width field blank in frame settings of CTA. then frame will becomes responsive.
