Widget that would allow hyperlink to another website

I need a widget that would allow me to put my website URL address to my product website and hyperlink it to that website. It would need to allow me to choose which page to post it to and what position on that page.

Also is there a plug in that will allow me to manage my widgets in such a way that is easy to see?
