Can you try adding the custom CSS in the Additional CSS box and test:

@media (max-width:768px ) {
    .widget_service_block .tg-one-third {
        text-align: justify;
    }
}

Please remove previous custom CSS and use this:

.tg-one-third {
    text-align: justify;
}
