As we understood your Facebook official page(tonieverardofficial) doesn’t allow unsigned user to see your Facebook page, so you must change it to public access.

Take a look how change your Facebook page to public access – https://www.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=10151458855783663.

You can test our product just typing any public Facebook page(uefacom, nba, tennis or something else).
