widget shows up even though it isn't on in settings

I set it so only lightbox is enabled but the default widget option keeps showing up at the bottom of the page on the front end when I view in Firefox and Safari. I can only get the correct view on the front end in Chrome. Even after clearing cache, browsing history multiple times.
