Widget says "Loading.." but showing up. Help, please?

There is a widget that was included in the page that was working fine yesterday and this morning, but now it is not showing up.

Please note that I’m not sure what widget was used to create the sliding numbers that are no longer visible. I have been given this project after the previous designer was let go.

All suggestions and help are welcomed and appreciated! Any ideas on how to make this work again?
