Widget Rendering Customization?

  • Is there any way to further customize Widget rendering? I’ve read up on being able to customize ‘before/after_title’ and ‘before/after_widget’, but is it possible to customize each entry within the widget, for example adding a small blog of PHP code to each
    “li”? My theme needs to style the background of each “li” in the widgets panel randomly. Thanks!
