Widget refresh htaccess

My WP has an htaccess in the WP-Admin to assist in locking down WP. This plugin works fine, until the AJAX calls for a refresh, which I get the authentication request from the htaccess. Does this plugin make a call in the WP-Admin directory? Gets annoying when the quotes refresh and the authentication prompt comes with it. ??
Nice Plugin! Best one I have seen. I hope there is a solution to this issue.
