Widget Problems

I am having three problems with the “Recent Forum Posts” widget.

1) I can not get rid of the title “Recent Forum Posts” even though the the admin/appearance/widgets I have left it blank it keeps displaying in the production site;
2) I want to increase the length of the post title displayed in widget but i cannot find a way to do so either in settings or even in the php files;
3) I want to make “Recent Forum Posts” display the actual post, such as replies, and NOT the same topic. Currently “Recent Forum Posts” display topics just like “Recent Forum Topics”. What is the point?
