Widget problem with Anton Shevchuck's Lime

  • The widget option with this theme is not allowing me to arrange my sidebar the way I’d like. Is this standard with this version of his theme? My website is https://www.onewordbook.com. All the wordpress widget info that I’ve found is compatible only for 2.7 and those directions are not helping.
