• I’ve gone in and adjusted post counts so there is a list of posts that should show up in the widget to allow me to adjust the CSS. There’s nothing showing after a couple of reinstalls, switching to default options, only saving with the save button next to default (which I had seen in another thread on here) and none of this is causing the posts to show in the widget.

When I click on “overall popular posts” there is a list of posts with a count. It just will not show on the widget.

Any suggestions? I’m on WP Engine if that helps.

    Hi,

This could be because the current version of the plugin has a bug with with the way the table is initialised with new installs and the blog_id is set to 0 and not one.

Could you please check under phpMyAdmin if the blog_id under wp_top_ten are 0 or 1?

    Hi,

Thanks for quick response. blog_id under wp_top_ten is showing a 1

    Is that correct?

    Yes. It should be 1.

    What’s your site URL?
