Ok, after inspecting the developer console I found this message:

This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Performance/ScrollLinkedEffects for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features!

I’m guessing that’s the reason why some thumbnail images are not working: the newly introduced image lazing loading feature depends on scroll to work. Disabling it should let WPP loads its thumbnails normally on your site.

Thank you for you time. Disabled lazy loading in wpp, deleted cache in wp super cache and enabled developer mode in cloudflare and images in new window link are still appearing as lazy load with base 64 code ??

Edit: this is the current attribute of wpp thumbnail: wpp-thumbnail wpp_featured wpp_cached_thumb lazyload

Edit2: solved with reinstalling that plugin. It looks like it was stucked with smush pro.
