Widget not working

I have installed the Simple Follow Me Social Buttons Widget into my WordPress site and activated it. i have also set the parameters in the widget section of WordPress and applied it to the primary section. the buttons aren’t showing on the website. could someone please tell what I’ve missed? my website is https://www.exubia.co.uk
