Widget not showing up at all

    Hi Mat,
    I just installed this plug-in and created a widget with just a title “Advanced Side Bar” with all default options just to test it out, but I’m not seeing anything show up in the sidebar. All of the other widgets show up. I was expecting at least an empty widget with the title “Advanced Side Bar”, but it’s as if it’s not even there. Am I missing something?

    Hi Don,

    This plugin is actually smart enough to know whether is should display or not. If there are no links to display it will display nothing. This is to prevent a user’s site from looking broken.

    I see you have the category widget setup and available on your categories. If you would like it to display on a single category without children, you may check the options “Display parent category” and “Display menu when there is only the parent category”. It will then show up on https://old-fogyish-thirtee.000webhostapp.com/category/category-1.
