    Hi,

I’ve installed the “Genesis Enews extended” newsletter widget on my website and it shows up on my sidebar when I’m logged in as an administrator; however, if I’m not logged in then the widget does not appear on the sidebar.

Can someone please help me fix this? ??

    My website is https://www.reversemortgagedebt.com.

    Thanks!

    Rich

Do you by chance have Display Widgets or another similar plugin installed that could be preventing it from being displayed for non-logged in users?

Just to confirm, I did not see the widget when I visited your website.

No I do not have a plugin like that installed. Any idea what else could be causing the issue?

In that case, my thought is now that the theme may be hiding it. I downloaded and tested the plugin on a dummy site and it showed up just fine logged in and not logged in.

What is the name of the theme that you are using? I will look it up and see if I can find any code that hides the sidebar for not-logged in users.

Have you made any modifications to the theme’s code?
Have you modified the WordPress core code in any way?

I also checked on the plugin’s support page and did not see anything related to this issue.

Let’s hope I can help you find a solution soon!

My apologies…I had a blonde moment. It looks like you’re using Magazine Pro.

    Try clearing your SuperCache plugin.

Thank you WPyogi, I am still new to WP and I find that I learn more as I help other users out.

I will write that one down for future issues I may come across myself.

Glad everything worked out for you, Rich! Have a wonderful day!
