Widget not showing correctly

    Hi all

    I posted the following code into my pop-up, but it does not show correctly:

    [fusion_widget_area name="avada-custom-sidebar-wpsubscribe" background_color="" padding="" class="" id=""][/fusion_widget_area]

    Any suggestions?

    Hello Peter,

    I hope all is well!

    I’ve tested Avada’s shortcode with PopUp on my site and can’t replicate the same. The widget showed up, please see the screenshot.

    Would you please deactivate all other plugins, leave, the PopUp and Fusion Core activated and try again?

    If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    Thanks for a fast response – much appreciated!

    So I can get the subscribe form up, but the formatting is terrible and not the same as if I include it as a widget in, say, the sidebar.

    I would love to disable my plugins and provide you with some feedback, but last time I did that I had to recover my entire page and I was down for a long time which gave a lot of customer problems.

    Hello Peter,

    As I understood, there is a subscribe form inside a widget, please let me know which plugin you are using to add a subscribe form?

    Would you please share a page where I can see the PopUp preview and check if the styling can be changed with CSS code?
