Widget not returning tweets

Which widget is it, “Fetch Tweets by Tag” or “Fetch Tweets by Rule Set”?

Which template is it selected, “plain”, “single”, or “debug”?

Does it display anything if you select “Debug” in the template option? Also make sure the rule is selected in the Select Rules option.

with Debug set as the template and my rules highlighted, and the widget saved and the page updated.

i still get ‘No result could be fetched.’

Just select only one rule which is created by screen name and see if tweets are loaded.

If you go to Dashboard -> Fetch Tweets -> Manage Rules, and click on the view link of the rule which you are trying to display in a widget, do you see tweets?

yes i see tweets for all the rules doing that.

As i said it was all working perfectly until i edited the widget.

Now even if i create a new widget it doesn’t work.

Its like the selection of rules is not saving.

Where does the selected get saved to in code? or in the database?

If i know where that information should be stored i will code it manually as a test. If that works then we will know if the selection is not saving.

Let me know if that changes anything.

Also make sure the warning disappears when the plugin is deactivated.

I have changed to the dev version and reloaded the widget.
I still get the same message
