Widget not displaying until content switched

There seems to be a minor bug when having only one Content block and trying to display it as a widget. The widget doesn’t show up until you choose from the dropdown menu which one to show, and you cannot do that if you have only one option. Workaround is to make another Content block so you can switch between them so the widget shows up. Tested with wp 5.0
