Widget not displaying properly on homepage

Have installed this widget onto my site and tried each layout but there seems to be a compatability issue that I don’t know how to fix. The widget gets bunched up into the right corner of the page (both when assigned to the home widget area as well as the right/left sidebar). Using Flexmag theme editor.
Let me know what additional info is needed, I can’t link to the dev site we use as it’s password protected. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
