Widget not displaying correctly

Hi there

Great product so far.

I’ve used your widget option for a sidebar on one of my pages but the widget does not display correctly…the job title is in the centre of the widget and then the extra information is on the right and cut off. How to fit?

Also can this plugin support XML output for jobs on the board?

Sorry I marked this as resolved as I found where to adjust the sidebar column width in my theme, however the widget is still not formatting the text inside correctly to match the widget width…and there is enough room there.
