Widget Not Appearing on Page

I’ve installed and activated the plugin. I’ve created the 2 redirect pages and completed the options section. In the APPEARANCE>WIDGETS page, when I drag the WP Email Capture widget into any of the sections of the site, it doesn’t appear to render when I refresh.
