Widget loading URLs incorrectly in one language

Hello, I’m using your plugin together with Polylang
The social widget loads correctly in English language, but in Portuguese -which is the other language I’ve set- loads the URLs of the icons incorrectly. Please take a look:I’ve already sent a message to Polylang’s support as well. But thought maybe you could have also an idea on how to fix this…
