Widget list options hidden?

    I’m trying to add the widget so users can choose which list they want to subscribe to.
    I’ve created two lists which show in the widget backend, but are hidden inputs in the frontend so are not viable.
    Also the label for the email is not showing either?

    Resolved this by copying the form code and creating my own HTML custom form. I then used the shortcode as a widget, which seems to have sorted it.

    Hi, probably is something in you theme style interfering with the form. Many times we found themes removing the standard display of checkbox to use their own but forgetting to apply it to sidebar forms, for example.
