    I set up my widgets to link directly to my Google Business Page so my clients can write a review. This worked initially. But I discovered the next day, that all my widget links were defaulting to the Trustindex review page and not my GBP. The tick box has also changed in the actual widget settings. I had two clients who created reviews on Trustindex and not GBP. I discovered they had used a Trustindex widget link on my website that took them to the Trustindex review page. To solve this issue I have tried creating the widgets from scratch and also ticking the settings box to not include a link. But nothing works, everything flow to the Trustindex review page. I also disconnected Trustindex but I that didn’t work either, when I reconnected I lost the reviews that had been created there. It’s so frustrating, being a small business when you rely on reviews. I have tried to get in touch with Trustindex support on several occasions but there is no answer to my issues.

    No it hasn’t been resolved, I’m having the same issue. I tick the box for Google in the widget but the Trustindex review page shows ups every time I click the review link in my website. It all defaults to the TrustIndex page, even if I re-tick the Google option in the widget, and re paste the code again to my site. The amounts of times I’ve had to create widgets from scratch to make sure they go to Google is annoying. But in the end the link reverts back to the Trustindex page in the widget and on my site. I feel like given Trustindex a bad review because their system is not working and I’ve paid good money to have an efficient service. I can’t trust Trustindex.

    Nothing has changed there is still the same problem. The problem is happening on the actual Trustindex widget page and not my website. I have cleared all my caches, several times now. The link tick changes from the Google reivew page back to the Trustindex review page on the Trustindex site. This always happens within a day. I look forward to hearing from you.

    We see 2 widgets on this page: https://georgiegreenephotography.com/google-reviews/

    The first one is connected to your Google page, the second to your Trustindex review summary page.

    If you wnat them both to be linked to Google please, change the settings in the widget editor.

    But I change the Trustindex widgets in the widget editor to the Google Review page but within a day the widgets have reverted back to the Trustindex review page. I can’t keep doing this every day. I have described this problem so many times to the Trustindex support but you keep telling me to change the widgets in the widget editor which I have done many many times. It’s just going around in circles here. It’s not my website, the widget editor has an issue. Can you please fix this issue. I look forward to hearing from you, with a solution.
