    Hi Marcin,
Great work on the plug-in. Perfect for our needs.
Only one problem – which you may be able to help us solve.
The layout of the widget on the page is not what it needs to be
as you can see from this screenshot
    https://prntscr.com/7cdb78
I’ve updated appearance+message settings as I need them.
Is this a theme related conflict or is there something I can do is plug-in css to fix the problem?
    Thanks
    Simon

    Hi,

theme’s styles affect plug-in elements. From the screenshot I assume that there are too big paddings / margins set on few DIVs generated by the chat plugin. CSS styles of the plugin need to be adjusted unfortunately.

    Thank you
    Marcin

    Hey Marcin,
Thanks for your reply. I thought that might be the case, but when I went into the plugin css the file showed as inactive. Would I have to adjust the css in the plugin and then reinstall?

    Hi,

I think it’s better to create a custom CSS file and include it after CSS files included by the chat.
